4 days Atlas Mountains and sahara désert tour

Depart from Marrakech to Imlil (approx. 1.5-2 hours). Meet your mountain guide and begin your trek. Hike to Aroumd village and ascend to Tizi Mzik Pass (2,480m). Enjoy panoramic views of the High Atlas Mountains. Descend back to Imlil for dinner and overnight in a guesthouse.

Early departure from Imlil towards the Sahara. Scenic drive through Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m) and High Atlas landscapes. Stop to visit Kasbah Ait Benhaddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Continue via Ouarzazate and the Valley of Roses. Arrive in Dades Valley for dinner and overnight in a local hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Todra Gorges for a short walk between the towering canyon walls. Head to Merzouga through the desert landscape and small villages. Arrive at the edge of the dunes, meet your camel caravan. Camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes for sunset. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp under the stars.

Early morning sunrise over the dunes. Camel ride back to the village and breakfast. Visit Rissani market (if time allows). Return journey through the Draa Valley and Ouarzazate. Late evening arrival in Marrakech.
